Day 1
Depart from New York or Washington, DC on South African Airways for Johannesburg, on South African Airways.

Day 2
On arrival at Johannesburg's Oliver Tambo International Airport, collect your luggage and go through customs & immigration. You will be met by a Lion World Tours representative and transferred to your hotel.

Day 3
You will be transferred from your hotel back to Johannesburg Airport for your regional flight to Maun, Botswana. On arrival you will take a light charter aircraft to the airstrip at Nxabega . From under a canopy of African ebony trees, Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp faces out over expansive lagoons and channels. The Camp is known for its elegant tented accommodation with breathtaking views of the ever-changing Okavango Delta.
Nine tented suites create an experience that is rugged yet luxurious, blending the remoteness of the breathtaking setting with utter comfort and style. Day 4
The Okavango Delta is a wetland wilderness of looping channels, islands forested with palms and wide grassy floodplains. It is home to a magnificent array of wild animals and exceptional birdlife.
Nxabega offers guests a wide range of wildlife related activities and water-based adventures. The camp's experienced rangers and trackers will lead you on exhilarating game-drives in open 4x4 safari vehicles, and exciting spotlight night game-drives may reveal hunting prides of lion or the elusive leopard and other nocturnal creatures.
Explore the Okavango Delta on interpretive wilderness walks with a professional guide steeped in knowledge of the local fauna and flora. Few memories can equal being poled through the channels of the delta in a mokoro or on a boat excursion. These activities are best from June to September. Nxabega offers abundant bird-watching opportunities with 349 species recorded here.

Day 5
This morning offers one more chance for a game drive at Nxabega, before you transfer to Camp Moremi.
Camp Moremi is situated on the beautiful Xakanaxa Lagoon on the eastern edge of the permanent Okavango Delta, within the Moremi Wildlife Reserve. The camp accommodates only 22 guests in Eastern African-style safari tents, individually situated on the raised teak platforms with private adjacent facilities and viewing decks most offering unsurpassed views of the Xakanaxa Lagoon.. Lodge facilities include a swimming pool, sun deck and thatched boma , tree lodge lounge, wildlife reference library, dining room and cocktail bar.
Game drives in open 4x4 vehicles, both in the morning and late afternoons, offer frequent sightings of lion, leopard and cheetah as well as wild dog. Alternatively, guest can explore the Xaxanaka Lagoon and surrounding Okavango channels by motorboat.

Day 6
Track big game on morning and afternoon game drives by open 4x4 safari vehicle in the Moremi Wildlife Reserve, renowned for frequent sightings of lion, leopard & cheetah, as well as wild dog. Other game in the area are hyena, hippo and the full range of antelope, large and small, including the red lechwe. Alternatively, explore the Xakanaxa Lagoon and surrounding Okavango channels by motorboat, affording guests exceptional bird-watching opportunities, as birdlife is prolific and varied, ranging from water birds to shy forest dwellers. Before returning to the lodge on your afternoon activity, enjoy sundowners with views of Botswana's breathtaking sunsets.

Day 7
After your last morning game drive, you will be transferred by light charter aircraft to Savute Safari Lodge.
Savute Safari Lodge is situated on the dry Savute channel in the heart of the Chobe National Park. The area is part of a dynamic eco system that is renowned for its large concentrations of elephant and large lion prides. The lodge offers privacy, luxury and magnificent views in an area known to offer incredible game viewing.
The recently refurbished lodge is styled in modern African decor. All suites have private decks, combined bedroom and sitting areas and en-suite facilities. The sitting area, library and cocktail bar are situated in an exquisite thatch and timber main building.

Day 8
Activities here focus on game drives and will be lead by professional and experienced guides. The Savute area is world renowned for offering incredible game viewing and is famous for its resident bull Elephants. During the dry season, guests can expect to see Savute's famous resident bull Elephants, antelope and lion prides, as well as black-backed jackal, bat-eared fox, tsessebe, kudu, impala, giraffe and ostrich. During the summer months thousands of zebra and antelope species migrate to the area offering a feast for lion, hyena and cheetah. Buffalo herds arrive and migrant birds increase Savute's resident population of over 300 species

Day 9
After a final game drive bid the Wild Wonderlands of Botswana goodbye as you transfer by road to Victoria Falls to board your regional connection to Johannesburg and later, your international return flight to New York or Washington.
